Lisa Steed is finished, she is a power tripping trooper whose arrests often fall through, I've seen it myself knowing people for the defense, her cases are paper thin. This blatant disregard for the 4th amendment just got a lawsuit in federal court against her professionally and individually. She had NO PROBABLE CAUSE to bring out a breathalyzer and a taser is NOT REASONABLE FORCE, he was not an idiot, merely the 1st of many to stand up against power hungry police.

did you even WATCH the video? She ESCALATED the conflict each step of the way. Then when he wouldn't bend over and spread his cheeks for her, she tasered him (torture by any reasonable definition) until he "complied".

Of note, she also DECIDED he was drunk, ignored the witness, and then (potentially, but given the rest, not going to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially if you read about breathalyzer construction and inaccuracy) may have fudged evidence...

@muggleWitch, in NJ, there's no NEED for "probable cause" for a breathalyzer - the cop just "smells alcohol" (happened to a friend, East Hanover, NJ). further, if I recall correctly, it's a NATIONAL law that refusing to take a breathalyzer is instant DUI, you're presumed guilty.
