Ok I hate arguing about genre names but I don't understand why people call origin BRUTAL tech death. I don't see any relation to brutal death metal in Origin's music. Regardless they still slay.

I've visited with Paul at GC here in SF buying strings,accessories,etc for over 10 years.The man is extremely cool & down to earth.He happily demonstrated some drop C guitar playing on the equipment in the store.I once asked him if he had any

footage of the band & he played a video of the song "Finite".WOW! I asked if they

had anything "lighter" or more "ballad like" and he replied that song was a ballad!

umm,thier band can' be called as Brutal,yes they where consider as grindcore since before,i've read it already many times but still consider as technical grind death metal, because of insanely skills! and really not brutal as you say, it's different bro... lml
