Amazing Thailand Imaginative Traveller Trip 2010 - Part 3

Last part of our 9 day Imaginative Traveller Amazing Thailand trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.
This includes our stop over on the Lampang Elephant Conservation Centre then travelling through the rice fields, onto elephants to meet the hill tribes near Chiang Mai. We had our last meal together in an unusual restaurant in Chiang Mai.. Lastly we sadly had to say our sad goodbyes.

@aMSkEes Just go with the flow. Be polite and ask before taking photos of people. Our trip was quite eco aware so the elephants were well cared for and the conservation place was great. Have plenty of water Try everything on offer and enjoy yourself. You need to be able barter when you buy anything and whatever you are offered think about what you think you are prepared to pay. Offer about 1/3 lower and then have fun working your way up. Cheaper to change money when you are there.

I'm glad to see you had fun in Thailand, I've already booked my first trip this March! I can't wait and I'm definitely going to have to ride some elephants!!!
