Delivering 65,000 signatures telling NBC not to swiftboat health care

65,000 people signed a petition asking NBC not to air the misleading infomercial made by Rick Scott and Conservatives for Patients' Rights. According to the FCC, NBC is legally bound not to air false or misleading advertisements.

The representative we met with at the NBC Washington, DC affiliate was not a manager, and could not make a decision whether to air Scott's infomercial or not. We were asked to come back Monday, after the infomercial aired.

Scott's infomercial ran, with all the lies you'd expect. But we're continuing to fight back. Help us stop the swiftboating of health care at http://www.healthcareforamericanow.org

I guess NBC is more about the $ than it about listening to viewers. LIES, LIES & MORE LIES. NBC = Lies to the American Public.
