@MikeTysonEatsKids its just like any other workout rutine when you stop cold turkey for lets say 2 weeks it takes 6 weeks to get yourself back to that same place so once you start any workout rutine dont stop

After watchig you, I bought some. I went from 252 pounds to 233 pounds in 2 months. I only lost size in my waist, buttocks, upper thighs. I gained size in my arms, shoulders, chest, calves, neck. The training is fun, I have lifted weights for 30 years and really it was never fun. This is fun to me. I will probably get to about 230 then stop losing weight. At 50 years old, I can still whup some ass now. Thanks for the happy times. I love and thank Jesus for all things, even kettle bells.

The weather cannot stop you! I have no excuses for not working out anymore. Great Job!

О да, мы Русские-суровые мужики)))

I lover your videos.. pure strength! Miss the Russian music though. I live in Iceland and it´s a blizzard outside at the moment. Maybe I should go out and do some exercises....

I'm inspired..getting ready for our next snow day.

I would gladly take credit for any of them, but no, I learned everything from other people.

Are the strength gains permanent?
For example: If I start out with lets say a 25 LB kettlebell then move all the way up to 70 LB eventually. Then I stop working out for like a year. Will I be able to work out again with the 70 LB Kettlebell?
I know this is not the case with Dumbells and curls etc.

I hope you wouldn't be able to continue working out with 70 lb kettlebells after not touching them for a year, because if you would - all the guys who didn't take that brake would be really pissed at you! That's like in anything in life - you stop pushing yourself and quit - you go back to square one
