@PrackFerpent that would be my mate Kaya..r.i.p :(

@srulop You can't blame the people for conforming. Humans are social creatures who NEED to feel like they matter. Don't attack the soldier when you can kill off the General.
-
Are all these featured on the Religulous dvd? I have the UK version and there are no extras that I can see...:-(
-
@kimberlymarie21990 That's not at all true but w/e I see you missed the point of Bill's analysis of the religion in general.

Women have it easy and don't work hard, his money is for everybody and hers is for her? Uh yeah because you chain them to the stove, make them thankless servants and sex slaves - you don't ALLOW them to have jobs let alone an education. Fucking muslims, they are not intelligent or civilized at all.
-
@BaubleRob true. he's not even fighting back. u cannot debate with everybody coz at the end of the day most of the ppl are followers. They have other things to do than searching for gaping holes in religions.

Who's the smokin' hottie standing next to Bill?
-
@Vaylemn No, I specifically said he wasn't representative in any way; perhaps you should have paid better attention to what I wrote before you criticized it. You clearly missed that part, since the point you make after that is the very same that I just made, namely that the guy in the store, like many muslims, is not a representative of the faith like a cleric is. I hope that much is clear now.
-
@erosmangr74 You told what he represents after saying he doesn't represent anything? Majority of the believers are like the person who owns the store, because not every muslim is a muslim cleric.
I'm with Bill as far as his arguments, but taking it to this guy is a bit off. He's just a man who runs a clothes shop. How can we expect him to have any answers?

I think you miss the point: ofcurse he doen't have the answers, but then why does he protect these "ideals" so passionately?
It's all about simple men that go as a herd to fight for something totally irrational that they don't understand or know but they think they do and/or trust that their leaders do.
