I came across these crazy beautiful looking creatures one day down on the east coast of australia and luckily had my camera with me. there were zillions of them washed up along the surf. I attempted at taking them back out into the water but unfortunately I think alot of them died.

The song is "bluish" by Animal Collective. They are named Glaucus atlanticus

  • KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!

  • Is it dying or something?

  • wow they r so cute..if I can make n keep them as my pet, feel that Im so lucky but they r poisinous n will eat aech other..anyway this is great video n like the song...caiyok..!

  • @damal60 Oh they poisonous?

  • SHELLOS!

  • These things actually store poison in there bodies from the pray they eat. They are quite beautiful but predatory and not good for keeping as a pet also they are salt water slugs so to those wanting to keep them in a tank think about that first, they also eat each-other if given the chance so they would probably eat everything you put in your tank, they also eat Man of War's just to give you an idea of there diet. Liked the video good music.

  • those tentacles look like angels wings. Cool!
