If they ever do an autopsy on Phil Kelsall, they will find a metronome inside. I set my metronome to half-note equals 100, and for most of the video, he was EXACTLY on until the last chorus of "Sweet Georgia Brown". That is astonishing even for a very good drummer. He did not drift off from my metronome until the end! That's the definition of strict tempo. wow!
