Good!

Good work indeed. The description reminds me of the status quo in our corporate society; ideals have no place there at all, especially our media where good music is not considered commercially saleable, and people can be treated like numbers.

You are very talented and wish you the best

Nice name for the composition. "Uprising" is the unique feeling for the youthful stage of life. As people get older, they want to preserve what the own & "Uprising" will no longer in their priority. By the way, very beautiful play! I truly enjoy your music & thanks for the upload!

Lovely. May your anthem for human progress one day find it's way to a significant concert stage to awaken the status quo to the dreams of future generations whom you represent so nobly. E Ho'omaluhia ma ka Honua. May Peace Prevail on Earth!

This is amazing. Thank you, Gene, for the intelligence you bring forth from your personal desire to create and learn. And especially for your passionate motivation to move forward and to crawl out of the dumbed-down, unconcerned, and unaware mindset that society has adopted. It is refreshing. :) Keep going and don't stop!

The difference makes another one happy (si ce n'est pas toi). I enjoyed it

Gene ... You're Incredible =).
Technically good, but I am still missing the real feeling for what you are playing. Sometimes it has to do with matureness,.Because of the fact that music is so much more than notes and technic. Music is the speach from your inner soul. It will surely come and grow inside you because you are talented. Thanks for sharing your music with me. I am very honest.

@prince2000ful Dear Kerstin, I love to read your message concerning “Uprising” that reflect your true thoughts and feelings. I thank you for that. I don't know if you read the description of this piece. The description clearly expresses my emotions and thoughts in total directness of my heart and soul. You may be right that “it has to do with matureness” But I compose this piece to express discontent of young 13 years old girl who does not want

to follow the status quo in the prevalent decadent ‘culture’ in art, literature, music etc ...that is dominated by money and lack of true value, lack of great human ideals. If that is immaturity, let it be. I will continue to uphold my principals and believes. I am sorry to be so direct as I followed your lead my dear friend. As true friendship needs directness that we both possess.
Warmest regards,
Gene
