I can't stop listening to this music track. It's as if the Goddess of Joy, who I'd assume has perfect breasts, is climbing around inside of my head, stimulating my brain's pleasure center. A silent psiren, she is. One that could enter you and then leave you with you only knowing subconciously.
Yes, you're right - there were 60-to-72pin adapters, but the problem is the circuitry inside the US & PAL NES. There is technically no way to mix in analog sound from the game cartridge.
It does translate smoothly, but it wouldn't be possible on a real NES without a dedicated sound chip like the one in jp version of Castlevania III. I wonder how would it sound under "normal" conditions, i.e. with default amount of sound channels (was it 5?).
It would be great if you still had the nsf around, loving this to death honestly

Could you upload the NSF? I can't seem to find it on 2A03.org!

well weren't there Famicom/NES adapters? Like inside of Gyromite.

That's because the NES unlike the Famicom didn't have additional pins for sound input from the cartridge. Maybe was to expensive?
