@bmwgtrm3 no exercise specifically burns fat. Any exercise burns calories. If you burn more calories through activity than you eat in a day, you start burning fat.

@1Rageee If done properly your hands will be resting behind your head above your neck, and the motion will be done with your torso, not pulling your head towards your knees. Its amazing how many people just do the exercise without learning the correct technique.

I like that one :) I do lots of different types of excersizes in the pool and I started Zumba last spring... I am in great shape and want to maintain it...I was looking for something else to do in the winter other than zumba.. :)

normally when someone who workout a lot, they tend to have a faster metabolism. Why? Metabolism is the rate at which your body burns calories.
