It is made by the same guy that made The Sims but in comparison to The Sims, I would rather play this game than the other one because I hate the whole psuedo-reality show aspect of The Sims. However, in SimCity 4 and SimCity 4: Rush Hour, you can download characters from any of the first Sims games into that game, monkygrl456. This game teaches you responsibility and thinking, unlike The Sims, where it is just a shameless The Real World/Big Brother/other "reality show" knock off.
