Im a Chef at the Hyatt Hotel,
i cut at rapid speed, and can trim the finest of foods

  • just listened to the sound of the knife hiting the bench, which counted as one cut. then just did the math lol

  • and all that means is that you cant cut as fast as me, and you choose to be a Hater. One day you will grow up an realise that people such as yourself, are just in denial. You feel that your not as good as others, so you try your best to put them down, hoping you can bring them down to your level of unhappiness.

    Sorry but this is true.

  • i cut my finger once, an cause it was such a fast cut, it did not bleed for about 10 seconds. took abit of time for it to react. i took about 2mm off my Middle finger through the nail an into the meat. didnt hurt at all, but the after pain was crazy... i had it bandaged up an worse to worse, it healed into the bandage. so taking it off just made it worse later on. an yeah took about 2 months to finally heal fully.

    so be careful.

  • Very impressive. Don't pay any attention to the jealous haters or give them the time of day. There are so many "speed cutting" videos out there where the knife skills show nothing but hacked up and uneven.inconsistant cuts. These are just about ALL uniform, and even the ones that have ever so slight variances are still very close. Impressive for that speed. I really enjouyd watching this. One of VERY few that actually have skill along with speed. 5 Stars!

  • Not bad dude! We are about neck-and-neck with chopping speed. You go any faster than this and it's just pointless.. (plus it's almost impossible!) More power to us knife nuts
