Latins ? The original Latins were an Italian tribe inhabiting central and south-central Italy. Through conquest by their most populous city-state, Rome, the original Latins culturally "Romanized" or "Latinized" the rest of Italy.

    Extraordinary characters:

Scipio Africanus, known for defeating Hannibal in the final battle of Zama. One of the great military minds of all times. Julius Caesar. A figure of genius and audacity equaled by few in history. Augustus, Vitruvius, Virgil [...]

The legacy of Rome on culture, law, technology, arts, language, religion, government, military, and architecture upon Western civilization remains to the present day. The Western world today derives its intellectual history from the Greeks, but it derives its methods of living, ruling and governing from the Romans.

The construction of new cities as London, Paris, Vienna, Bonn, Barcelona (numerous european cities between new development and re-foundations on existing settlements ) over 10.000 in Europe. The Roman Empire. The most important of History.

The Roman state lasted (in some form) from the founding of Rome in 753 BC to the fall in 1461. The Eastern Empire was the direct continuation of the Ancient Roman State. The Byzantines continued to call themselves Romans until their fall to Ottoman Turks in 15th century. Technically the state lasted 2.214 years. Latin, the italic language of the ancient Romans, became the basis of French, Spanish, and the other Romance languages.

The statues with the noses broken off were probably in Roman Temples.

Early Christians would break off the noses; to take away their magic.

  • Erau frumosi oamenii in preistorie si antichitate . Azi ..au degenerat . Civilizatia ..ucide. Alimentatia artificiala, departarea de natura .. Omul nu este nascut sa traiasca la 100 m de pamant , intre fier si beton.. intre microunde, unde electromagnetice ..etc. Acestea degenereaza si ucid lent actuala omenire.

  • The Greeks were the real whites!...They had white skin, but not red, like the Nordics, and not dark like the middle Easterns!..THE COLOR OF THE HAIR,and the eyes varied ..You could find blue eyes with lite brown hair,or dark hair ,you could find brown eyes with brown hair, you can find green eyes with blond hair ,and so on!

Poorer? get your facts right. Russia is the wealthiest and biggest country in the world.Greece, on the other hand, is a third world country (no surprise being filled with mostly with North Africans), and the poorest in Europe (if not the world).
