@Horsebackjackie OH this is a different barn this one i still work and ride at sometimes but the horse i lease, Blue is at a 6 stall barn with indiviual paddocks for each horse! :)

@horsefanatic2 Well you would have to get a town permit (your parents would). You don't need a degree for that. You would have to have your town come and look at your property to see how many horses you can fit. We had a realtor tell us before we bought the house. I think you just need the town's approval.. at least that's how it is in NY.

i really want to own a backyard barn!!!!! So is possible to buy a degree that claims you have the right to keep horses at your house and would a normal backyard fit 2 horses?
