but ACTUALLY it is CORRECT in this context. centre is the british spelling...I'm canadian, this video is from canada...so I used the correct spelling...just like neighbour vs neighbor or colour vs color...
hey I been to Toronto this weekend and I drove around this exact same spot. I found it flipping huge. Coming from a pocket city not much bigger than Belleville, this highway network left quite an impression on me. I found drivers to be very disciplined on Toronto's street. Maybe Im just lucky. I wanna move there right now :)
It's all terminology. Most people from larger urban centres call the freeways "highways" interchangeably, although there is a technical difference (freeways are controlled access, separated, no 'at grade' intersections, whereas highways are not always separated, have at grade intersections... etc, you get the point)
Toronto also has the busiest highway in the world. So it makes sense.
