181 people died. hundreds were trapped in rubble

I was 3 stories up in an office on Lichfield street, Major damage to buildings all around. gas pouring out of poplar lane. ASB chambers building collapsed Crn high st & Manchester. Opposite corner also collapsed onto of cars.

hey, I was still trapped underground when you shot this in the old anz. The girl and two guys in the video pulled me out. They said they remember your face. @johorean88 Sadly Cokers was damaged and closed by the September 2010 quake and the February quake finished it off.

Never fforget the day that my sister just started her job in the cropthorne she had to get swang to the stairs I though she was dead :(

@BiggerThinking1 Thank you. Here in NZ, we remained utterly unaware of such building methods, and that is why all of New Zealand is covered in VICTORIAN ERA brick buildings just like those that turned out to be above an unknown faultline.

a friend of mine was hospitalized after being stabbed and experienced NDE's, and all i see is white like the inside of a fluorescent daylight lamp, all blank, but now he survived that ordeal

Feb 22 :the secoud earthquick came to my bro ayman thank god he is alive we where proud that he got down the table and the walls but again and again eartquicks are coming to his step family on NZ
