I am starting a new round of P90X / P90X+ today with a new twist. I am adding triathlon training. I only have 8 weeks until my first triathlon... YIKES!

  • wow p90x + p90 plus+ running thats a hell of a lot, how do u fit everything in!

  • I've replaced all the P90X cardio with my triathlon training. I am running 3 days a week so it is kind of like doing doubles. I am swimming 2x per week and cycling 2x per week. Strength training is an important part of triathlon training so the P90X resistance workouts are perfect for me. I started the triathlon training during phase 3 of the last round of P90X and it has been working out fine. It is a balance though and I have to make sure my nutrition is spot on and I get enough sleep.
