The Mad Man quest has finally unveiled (from me ;))
1:get the training badge
2:talk to du san in ape city
3:talk to general judd in tc about du san and the potpurri bag
4:get the venomous fang
5:get the toxins from pharmacist dong
6:use the toxins in the order of blue then green
7:get all the powders and right click 1
8:give the rainbow powder to du san then claim ur reward

@swgs1196 first of all, im not a GM, second you have to keep killing the snakes and theywill eventually drop it.

@swgs1196 ya it took me a while to get the fang too i suggest exiting the game then rejoining and going back to kill more it resets the drop rate kinda
