La que canta no es Michie Tomizawa (voz de Rei / Sailor Mars y Airi en Those who hunt elves) es muy bonita su voz una de las mejores seiyuus en Japón lastima que se retiro del doblaje

By the way, I just noticed that the text in the background of this video is all in English, and some of it is readable... now I really wonder where it's from.

The parts I can make out say "Conversation is impossible" and "For Linda and me", both of which are in large text at the beginning of paragraphs. The rest is a blur...

@bcmimichan you're right, it does! but it was a singer named Yoko Ishida who sang this. she also was the singer for Ai No Senshi.

I wonder if it was intentional how they picked singers that sound like the voice actresses. The singer for Princess Moon sounded like Usagi, Rashiku Ikimasho sounds like Ami singing.

Of course then there's Tuxedo Mirage, which is actually sung by the five voice actors, with Usagi's voice being most prominent.
