Cops never solve anything... they're to stupid, apathetic and disorganized. The only way they ever get to the bottom of anything is if they're told exactly what's happened... and even then they'll miss it 85% of the time. The only other way they'll solve something, is if they were directly involved themselves in the first place. Cops exist for one reason only... to serve whoever is in charge at the time. They'll take orders from anyone without question, and that's what makes them so dangerous.

i think the reason they aren't that meticulous in the u.s.a. is because most of the cops aren't smart enough.
