  • It goes like this: Politician says something stupid; - Public reaction is positive = I meant what I said - Public reaction is negative = I was only kidding

It's like tossing a coin, heads I win, tails you lose.

  • @EqualAndFree

    yeah.

    heres a fun fact

rick perry holds huge prayer meeting - next day, bushfires burn entire towns.

an atheist convention is held in Austin Texas, on the second day of the 3 day convention, it was gushing down rain!

  • @Lavos2007 Bush may have done a smattering of good deeds in amongst the 8 years he had a go at it, but that does not excuse to Trillion dollar debt, the invasion of a sovereign nation, the No Child Left Behind Act, The Patriot Act, the fact that he told Pakistani government officials that God told him to invade that sovereign nation. That right there is as bad as being Al-Qaeda- I am declaring war in the name of my god.

  • But it is still true, regardless of what good he did, that war is where a majority of that "spending" is going to. That and bailouts and stimulus packages to try and rebuild the economy that crashed on his watch. I love animals, but I am also a humanist. Species go extinct everyday, and not always due to humans. And everyday for years after he said Mission Accomplished men and women died in a foreign land.

  • @EnderZ13 done nothing*

  • @EnderZ13 why do people like you never do research into Bush and his presidency? your the sheep who beleive every lie the news media wants you to beleive to make X person look bad, im not saying he was perfect, but to be frank, he was better than Obama, tell me, has obama made a wildlife conservation in the ocean to save a few endangered species? no, but bush did, bush did alot of other good things too, obama has been in office and done, + it wasnt just bush who made those wars idiot

  • A majority of this "spending" is going to a foreign war that was started because god told the now-ex president Bush to start it.

  • Moron is too kind of a word...Fucktard is more appropriate.

  • strange how these 'signs from god' are always in the same places under the same circumstances, like there's some kind of natural phenomenon that causing it...

    Nah, Goddidit!

  • It's funny that they back pedal and say that they can't know his will and don't understand his ways. But it's like wait a second, you were just telling us his will and you were claiming to understand his ways. Don't pull that shit with us, we're not that intellectually dense. But they believe it themselves, they're psychopaths

  • @JoeLever8 for real dude

  • If God was ALL FUCKING POWERFUL AND ALL KNOWING you'd think he'd come up with a BETTER WAY TO COMMUNICATE THAN FUCKING TORNADOES AND SHIT. FML ARE YOU THAT DENSE PEOPLE?
