Technically they did. But as Korea has proven, you cant half finished a war and call it at an end otherwise it comes back to bite later. Saddam was always going to be too attractive to Bush jnr to ignore. Personally, i think the Iraqi people deserved to keep Saddam. And Kosovo isn't anybodys holy land, the croat even don't wan't it, was never croat land. The problem is that in history kosovo was a few times srbs land and a few time muslim land. Was a part of a big Turkey empire, they where pillaging that part of Balkan. But it was majority srbs land, even with more than 50% muslims. GO BACK TO SCHOOL BEFORE YOU WRITE ANOTHER STUPID COMMENT.
