Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec, Mid-Field Raceway Time Trial, PS2

From Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec on the Sony PlayStation 2, the Time Trial set on the Mid-Field Raceway track completed in 1:22.793. As you can see from the ghost, some parts can be done better so I believe a 1:21.xxx should be possible.

I was wondering what would be the second car I would purchase, and how to tune it? Because I am having problems with the Subaru Impreza WRX STi (sedan). Too confused on how to tune it up, and the cars are too fast in some races in the Beginner League.

It has been a long time since I played any of the GT mode races. A small piece of advice would be to get through the licences & you'll receive free cars.
