Voodoo Doll Attack

Granny has something empowered with African voodoo brewing under her sheets and it is pissed. Two men argue in a hospital room when all of a sudden a small, evil creature starts moving underneath the sheets. Before they know it the creature has sprung at one of their faces, ripping the flesh right off and using a syringe to end things!
