Joe Biden knows Russia still made a 500% GDP Gains 98-2009... and will make an other in the next decade. With a constant 5% annual growth rate Russian economy will double in 14 yrs even if your people will get older and population decline, we don't care it will leaves more flows to less people so the GDP/person will break new HIGH because Oil export and natural export will remains constant are much more higher.
