Nice technique. Have done this myself on a mountaintop where beavers had pock-marked a meadow with lucrative holes as in your video; though I do not like to fish in direct sun. Also, something I call "dipping"; where I'll drop a Panther Martin straight down into a hole while hiding behind a tree; bounce the lure once and pull, slowly, straight-up. The trout see their 'dinner' intending to breach the surface and they go nuts.

Hey man nice vid! I went trout fishing today and landed 7 trout. Each between 10 and 12 inches! The stream is smaller than the one you were in but their natural trout and are easy to catch and their every where! Keep fishing!
