So what's the solution then? Make it illegal, put it into the hands of drug dealers who kill each other over it, which artificially inflates the price so that in order to stay high addicts have to commit crimes to afford it? I hate drugs, but when government prohibits them, the more crime you get, more than the drug use would cause. Public awareness, mental health counseling, and a solid family upbringing are the answers. There will always be drug use, prohibition makes the problem 10X worse.
