Ariel's National Youth Leadership Development Park

Israel needs a new generation of leaders. From social change to ecological issues, from regional politics to serving as a light unto the nations of the world, todays youth will have to provide tomorrows answers. The People of Israel and Jews around the world need to cultivate our collective future by focusing our efforts on young leadership. Thankfully, an effective and practical youth leadership training facility is finally about to be born, here, in the heart of Israel.

Ariels National Youth Leadership Training Center is the only program of its kind in Israel. The numerous extreme sports challenge park facilities, including the alpine tower, the ropes course, the climibing wall and many others, are the
revolutionary tools to be used for this endeavor. The programs participants will
learn through their personal experiences in the park, both individually and as
groups, allowing them to internalize the messages and ultimately to apply them. Israels Ministry of Education is developing the parks curriculum, with the intention of sending between 10,000 and 40,000 students to the Leadership Training Park annually. The various programs draw upon Jewish Heritage, with a particular focus on biblical prototyypes as the foundation for leadership training. Youth Leadership Training Park graduates will doubtlessly face the challenges of tomorrow head on, with a wealth of knowledge and a drive to succeed.
