Though well deserved, this honor cannot compare to what you did for me as a growing young man in the 90's when I discovered your music in its earlier years, revelled in its its simplicity in the middle years, and connected with it on a complex, human, and very emotional level in its later years to present.

Congrats to Donovan for your induction into the Rock Hall. Vindication! Alas, we can no longer be seen as fans of a "fringe artist with a few good songs in the 60's". They have spoken loudly, yalping the truth we have know for many years, that you are a true artisan of harmony and truth in music.
