Come on now, employers don't value their employees, they dog them, make them take pay cuts, days without pay, increase your health insurance and don't fill postions where there is one person doing 3 to 4 other jobs. Be real! Employers put the money from unfilling positions in their pocket and leave employees struggling, working long hours etc. Where is the dam motivation in that?
