The contractor is paid to sweep this every day!!
Witha couple of exceptions all were shot on the same day

You haven't been working hard to improve the area but have sat on your hands and done nothing while it declines!

I felt I needed a shower after taking these pics. Many, many approaches were made to the council, and councillors, who were in total denial...shows that the council management and officials like to treat the shoppers and tax payers with total contempt! and have now been shamed into doing something!

@eats24 Such a small area shouldn't need a mechanised sweeper, no reason why they can't use a broom and shovel before 9am, that doesn't make any noise!

I think you should film the half breeds that are making the mess and shame them on here.

Its not the councils job to look after these mouth breathers, we all have a responsibility.

More street cleaners means more council tax.

What a sad world this has become. Years ago you would have people picking up after themselves and setting a good example to the younger generation. If you were to pull up one of these baggy arsed fifty cent wannabes you will find yourself stabbed with a carpet knife they have stolen from the pound shop.

see how you would like to be disturbed in this way every morning, soon gets to you. why can it not be cleaned after 9am or even later. so guys come to town early and you will find it clean come after 11am when greggs pasties and fag ends litter the floor you will find it dirty. The pigeon problem is easy solved by getting rid of the street cafes what have popped up everwhere and are blocking pavements which are meant for walking on

i live in queensmead, and for two years we have been fighting with the council and e/health to get the street cleaning times moved from 6;45am .

Every morning we are woken up by the noise of a street cleaning hoover machine which is like having a motorbike reving its engine at full blast outside your bedroom window,

they will never get on top of the pigeon poo until better signage is put up to stop people feeding them, or better still fining people who keep feeding them i.e the 2 ladies who come into town with bags full of bread and cake crumbs and come up with a bull shit excuse saying they do it to keep rats away more like attract them. Or better still shoot the bloody things then we would get more customers in the outside shops

Ewww! I live in Farnborough and I hate going to Farnborough Town, it's like an obstacle course! Pigeons always come flying at my face, I have to duck just so it wont hit me and when I have shopping bags they follow me everywhere! It's disgusting the pigeons need to leave me alone, I have been pooped on a couple of time too.
