me too. i'm going through the book again for the second time. after the first time i read it, i lasted one week but those days went with some discomfort. there are no clinics in my country. my hopes rely on the book. i hope reading it for the second time enables me to escape the trap/brainwashing/addiction.

Hey dude, I finally think I am free, I just watched the vid instead a coupla times, and now have been a week and a bit, and literally this is the best I have felt in the morning for ages. I am actually up early (which is unheard of). I uploaded all Allen Carrs EASYWAY video, I only did a coupla hours a go, but if you stilll haven't quit then givr it a gander, cheers

It worked for me. I read the book and watched a 1hr video on by them. Especially the video was instrumental for me. Thank you.

The book helped me give up a 40-a-day habit seven years ago. These clinics have a success rate of more than 90 per cent and run a similar scheme for drinkers / alcoholics. Have booked my boyfriend in for next month. Price is more than affordable and the clinic sent me a £50 discount voucher on top!!! Would 100 per cent recommend Allen Carr's method to every smoker / drinker looking to give up!
