The defendent was a transvestite that lured an eleven year old boy to an abandoned warehouse and forced the boy to simulate sexual acts while he held a screwdriver to his neck. This scumbag pled guilty and Judge Maria Lopez sentenced him merely to probation. The D.A. was protesting her decision, then judge Lopez made these remarks. Only in Massachusetts!
