what is with that one mum who is constantly competing with everyone else, it's the daughters that are competing, so WHAT if someone else's is doing well, not much you can do about their hard work and dedication

@JESSsuckItTV Well, I have Meniere's disease, so I happen to know that there are TWO nerves in the inner ear and that the inner ear has TWO jobs. If I decided to opt for the surgery where they sever the balance nerve (and my good ear would eventually take over the function of both ears), the drawback would be possible damage to the hearing nerve, a risk I'm not willing to take at this point. Her hearing nerve is affected, not the balance one...and she is a real life gymnast.
