Than i bought snow flower n that book was soooo gooood n sooo sad, i cried at the end. thats one of my fav book of all time. And then i bought peony in love and it fascinated me on how much effort she had put in to do all these research in re to chinese afterlife. But i became such a huge fan of her books, still trying to buy more and i really hope they turn

  • I lovet he story especially every part of it.

Lisa used words that are so wonderful and so detailed.

The story is wonderful and lovely but it's also heart-tearing.

It made me happy and it also made me cry.

  • love this story.......

  • Last summer I read this book on a whim, not knowing what it was about. I read it in a day, it was so good. I cried throughout the whole book as well! I think I will read it again this summer.

  • I love "Peony in Love", I cried through-out it but I loved the ending. What a beautiful story - and so similar to "The Peony Pavilion". I so so want to read that play.

For those who have not read "Peony in Love" you really should. It's very moving.
