Bethany thanks for sharing your amazing info on Coconut Oil I bought a jar of Organic and wow fantastic on the skin to start. I found ozone amazing results as natural as lightning bolts which produce the ozone smell right away down near the ground. I talk about ozone on my Tesla site and drink ozone in water twice a day to get it into my body to clean everything. Your wonderful video on Coconut Oil has opened my eyes. I had six coconut trees when I lived where they grow. Thanks so much... Curtis

I don't know much about eczema but a friend had it and they had it everywhere.. If it's just a patch, that's probably just a sensitive or dry spot popping up like I had...I hate those!

I got a red blotchy patch on my face ever since winter hit. its kinda dry but not too bad.. its just RED! I've been using coconut oil on it and it seems to work, but i don't know if this would be eczema because its not itchy or anyhting. Do you think it would be because of the cold and its just dry or could it be eczema? Anyway im gonna continue to use the oil on it.

I use coconut oil for my hair instead of hairspray, hair gel, etc. It works wonder. Super healthy and leaves hair shinny and soft.
