International Student Boxing, England vs Scotland - Steve Cartwright versus Marco Seide

After seven bouts, the score stood at 4-3 in favour of the Scottish team, with two bouts remaining to decide the outcome of the event.
In the penultimate bout, Alex Mehta got off the floor to win his Lightweight bout for the English team, making it a nail-biting 4-4. One more bout to go!
Cartwright, normally a Light-welter, weighed in heavy at 64kg, and so was matched at Welterweight. His designated opponent was sadly unable to compete, and with no reserve Welterweights, the Scottish team with five Light-middleweights to choose from, selected Marco Seide, the reigning British Student Middleweight Champion.
The ring, smaller than usual and with loose ropes, offered few hiding places for the English boxer. However, as the partisan crowd enjoyed a premature pre-fight celebration, buoyed along by the haunting sound of Scottish bagpipes, Cartwright felt the energy of the pipes flow into him.

I wonder how many of the contestants in this unique event, all of whom got the chance to represent their country at student level, have retained an involvement in amateur boxing and are putting something back into the sport as coaches, officials or journalists? Do any of them still train with a local ABA club or have they all just walked away from this great sport?
