@sn9696 Nevermind i'm not going to keep arguing with you you obviously don't have any idea about police cars and what they need and what type of cars they don't need the point is a toyota coralla will not work as a police car due to the fact they're not even made for police work this is United States not other countries
@pearldrumsarecool ,are you a little kid,i said other countrys, most countrys don't have programes like dare or community events! i have seen small police cars in other countrys with a million miles on it !Why is this so hard to believe? These cars are not needed, its a waste of my tax dollars/gas etc, these police cars also inflates the cops ego which you dont need !
@pearldrumsarecool ,Funny,i have seen police in another country use toyota corolla! The reason why they make police packages on Crown Vic,Charger,Tahoe,Caprice they would have problems if they were a police cars or not! Not a toyota corolla !
@sn9696 You don't understand a Toyota Corolla is not designed for police work. Police cars have to have heavy duty brakes, heavy duty cooling because most the time police officers have to leave their cars running because if they shut their car off then they get a major call, and have to crank it back up their battery dies and have no way to respond to the call, that's why law enforcement uses Crown Victoria "Police Interceptors" or Charger,Tahoe,Impala, and Caprice those are all police packaged
@pearldrumsarecool , A big waste of money on my tax dollar, all cops need is a simple white toyota corolla or pickup truck with simple one light bar and police on the side in black letters !
@roarimataco How is it a waste of your tax dollars? A slicktop is actually cheaper than a marked vehicle those lights are cheaper than the roof light bar,you don't have to pay for the graphics, the push bumper saves you money so every time they hit pit somebody it's not scratching their bumper and causing them to have to repair the bumper, and not having a lightbar on top saves gas to because the lightbar causes wind resistance. So no it's not a waste of tax payers money.
@bassguitar079 Probably not by law, but rather by each dept's preference. In other states on the East Coast only blue lights are allowed (I believe Maryland, Maine, and Connecticut are examples). Possibly Virginia's counties have individual laws, which is something you could find out relatively easily.
@pearldrumsarecool that may be so, but is THAT many lights absolutely necessary? I'm no expert, but I think not.
