what part of " tortured legally" did you not undersand ?
Take japan, there was jugements for war crimes, and several Japanese soldiers were convicted for waterboarding. What you are defending is "making OK" legally to torture americans. Not a war crime anymore, just "an act of war"
In short by supporting "torture", YOU act the same as :
Japan in WW2
Nazi Germany
Vietnam communists
Iraq extremists
Afgans talibans

You are not any more the US I longed for .. terrorists won 8 years ago.

Yes,you are right,torture is all ready "an act of war".Why should the USA abide by any law that is never used to protect themselves...seems stupid to me.

Somehow I doubt you ever longed for the US,and the definition of a terrorist win is the Madrid bombings,not using their own tactics against them to gain life saving information.

A terrorist is "defined" by the use of terrorist tactics (bombing, torture ...). So USA using terrorist tactics make it a terrorist state ...

My mother lived for 5 years in the US, I went there for work a whole month (and spend 2h in the airport for them to tell me : "you know you should form americans to do your work" .. well ... you should tell my boss ...).
I used to love america, but since 2001 america have changed ...

As for the Madrid bombing beeing a "terrorist win", I guess you consider that the fact that changing the outcome of the election has to be considered a "win".
But if you government would have lied to you saying "it's not islamist terrorism" when "IT WAS OBVIOUSLY" islamism terrorism to protect their reelection ... what would be your reaction ? Elect those that lie to you ?
