Yes it was later named Traxx. I played there with Joey Mazzola in the early 80's.
Joey is playing bass on this video and he now plays guitar for the Detroit Cobras.

Wasn't JC's Rock Saloon on Gratiot closer to 6 mile? I thought it was where Traxx was later on. Up the road a bit was the Squeeze Inn, another cool dive from the late 70s.
