I was there. Me and a mate followed the whole thing. Probably there in the background somewhere. Slept in his Dad's van on the side of the road each night. Allmost froze to death but it was worth it. Love the sound of the supercharger on the Delta. Thanks for sharing.

mcrae was a natural, driver who could handle anything that had an engine in it, mcrae could adapt his driving style to any motorsport, which he proved, on numerous occasions,colin would have been just as good in group b, as he was in the cars that replaced them,

I don't think Colin's driving style would have been well suited for these sort of cars that were difficult to keep on the road.
