Andy ripped me off for a $75 jack installation. He charged me, didn't do anything, then told me me just moved to Ventura and he couldn't finish the job (unless I wanted to drive to Ventura).  It was a lie-he's still in NoHo. This guy is a 80's COCAINE ADDICT JOKE!!!!

@brojkiller I'm sorry to hear you got ripped off too. there's a place in the valley called "eric's guitar shop" that i've had much better luck with.

@brojkiller also, if you take 1 min and file a complaint with the better business bureau, you can help others to be more aware of this guys antics. just google "andy brauer bbb" it'll come right up

Andy does great work... apparently he made a mistake... but he offered you a refund. You should always let someone have the opportunity to make things right, after all, if you wronged someone, wouldn't you like to have the chance to make it right if you made a mess?

I worked with Andy back in 1979, hes a great guy, and he simply loves guitars. Even the best of the best sometimes fall on their face. Be nice, and forgive the guy, and let him make it right. Its good to forgive.

@jazz4randall he actually did not try to make it right. yes, he offered the refund, but when I showed to accept it he cornered me in his office and accused me of committing a crime.

i would love to take this video down and forget this ever happened, however at this point i feel the problem stands uncorrected and therefore other consumers should be made aware.

I had really bad luck with this person/'store as well. In my case it was beyond bad service, he was totally mean-spirited disrespectful. You are not alone buddy.

Hey Brother... I respect the way you did this.... and I appreciate this a grip!!! I needed several amps serviced and guitars and I respectfully don't know Andy, but I rather take my chances elsewhere based on this testimonial. Andy may be a good guy... but sometimes... too many wrongs just ain't right! Thanks for your side of the story.
