in part II you'll see and hear an example of the Tascam Guitar Trainer being used to pinpoint a specific fragment of recorded music, in this case Rush's Working Man guitar solo.

In part 1 here, we just listen to some of the pre-programmed Tone Banks found on the device.

In part 2, we'll actually see and hear how to loop music, slow it down, and learn cool riffs, solos and licks right off the recordings.

  • does this damage the song when u slow it down to a certain point? because some programs/(items?) distort the song too much, so much that u cant even hear the notes being played

  • no it does not damage the song, the tascam is the king of "slow motion"--absolutely essential for learning certain riffs, and even complex chord/tone clusters
