Emily Young: 2004 - 2010: Down The Road

Emily Young was diagnosed with anaplastic medulloblastoma in June 2009, just 2 weeks shy of her 5th birthday. The cancer spread to her spine and sadly became terminal. She fought on, but Emily sadly passed away on April 19, 2010 surrounded by those who love her.
