    :)

  • it sure is...

  • @sethronland is it ok to use 20's for mass?

  • @lordvoldemort578

Well off course, if you are looking for a sarcoplasmic hypertrophy reps could be as high as 20.

  • That's the stuff!

A lot of people neglect their rear delts, and their shoulders looks deformed because of it.

  • good song.

  • good music in the gym for once

  • @boboterrifico linkin park - place for my head

  • @CoLFC totally agree, that way you're able to do the exercise with great form

  • I like your form, better than alot on youtube, It seems like though your tricep is contracting alot which could be taking the force off of your posterior deltoid, Maybe a slightly bent elbow and a longer pause at the top of the movement. It's good already but I think you can do better.

  • This clip shows this exercise with brilliant form but its worth mentioning in plain english that the delts actually respond better to a weight that you can manage 15 - 20 reps range with rather than heavy weights and lower reps like you'd do for larger muscle groups like the chest..

  • Glad there's some LP in the BG.

  • I never saw this before, nice find.

  • haha once that there is GOOD music in a gym ;)
