Thanks for the video, I wasn't sure if the wiki was right since he still hasn't spawn for me but I guess I'll keep trying. It's a bummer since I'm BR92 and the thing that's holding me from getting better weapon upgrades is the damn monster quest slay Prometheus. I can slay a Bai Zei with ease but can't find a freaking Prometheus lol
