Okay. Since last Tuesday I found out I had torn my ACL, I decided to start a little video series documenting my upperbody strength progression. As I won't be able to do any jumps for at least a year if I want it fully healed, I have plenty of time to focus on strengthening these parts of my body. Here is the first episode of to-be series, which includes a little combination of elephant lift handstand, L-sit and straddle planche. As you can see, it is edited when the planche comes in. This because in one take I had a better L-sit and in the other I had a better planche hold, so I decided to cut it to make the whole look better.
I'm sorry for the shitty quality, but my lightbulb had exploded right before I started recording.
