Why is this tuned down a complete step and the Halford versions Ive heard are tuned down only a half step. AND, whoever is saying that Ripper has more range than Halford, you need to listen to Halford when he was Rippers age... You dont think that aging and singing this high shit wont wear your voice out over time?!?! Get real! Also , i do respect the Tim the Ripper. He helped keep JP alive.

nobody will ever win the ripper/halford argument. personally i'm a local akron ripper fan. you can't shit on a guy that was picked by PRIEST to fill in, not forever replace, but fill in, for a guy that wanted to LEAVE priest. tim's voice is better than pretty much everyone's out there. nobody can and will ever beat the big 3 of metal - sabbath/maiden/priest. leave it at that.

@NoneBuriedDeeper That is one side of the story. I wasn't there and you were not there. Halford was pretty distant from Priest for a while. I have no doubt that Halford was not concerned for his future, that they are back together and that Ripper also has a career is all that is important.

Not many bands can take a old hippie song, reinvent it and then 25 years ago reinvent it again. Shows how great they are!

All the Owens haters just don't like hearing Halford shown up and are jealous they can't sing like him.

Halford might be the original singer but he never had the range the Tim has. Nobody at this concert seemed to have a problem with Owens either. He definitly wasn't a step down when he was with JP, he was a step up and added some life to band. Just listen to Jugulator it punches you right in the face.

i also love the slow version i can't descide whitch one is better they are both so amazing !!! the fast version has more power but the acoustic has an epic feeling the PRIEST is soo amazing live they are just liike maiden totally perfect live
