Last squat was called for lowering of the bar. Sadly. Would of been a 15 kg all time PR in the squat.

Last bench did sadly not make it to film. It was very hard to perform, but I made it in the end.

Last deadlift was a joke. :)

  • @elohim666 Thanks for the reply man.Yeah the weather conditions changed really upredictably here..and from around 20-23 degrees of C we went to 10-15 now with snow on last Saturday..But the last problem in this f**country is weather now, as there are great economical problems..As for training, i get you! Btw some athletes in Scandinavian countries use smolov cycles.Anyway, keep it brutal!Take care.

  • @freaknick250 I think 250 is pushing it, but 240 could be possible if the mid-section would hold. :) I do think that a fair number of heavy lifts has to be produced in order to mechanize it. Therefore, I usually go for a high-volume sub-maximal weights approach. The basis at the moment is 5/3/1 with influences from a lot of different places. :) Nothing is written is stone and everything is continuously analyzed. Wtf, snow in Greece? :) In Finland we got a half meter of snow this weekend. ;)

  • @elohim666 Considering the other two lifts i also believe that you have more in you..maybe a 250kg squat is already in the tank.By the way do you have a specific training philosophy? Maybe west-side training or eastern europe- based training..?Eat big and lift big man!See you from the-this weekend- snowscaped Greece(wtf!!)

  • @freaknick250 Thank you very much Nick! :) I'll have to start working more on the squat now, it is by far my weakest lift. I feel that I have more power in my legs and hips, but somehow my coordination, balance and static holding power is messed up. Time to start doing front squats and good mornings again I guess. :)

  • Congrats for the PRs man. Great form on squatting and depth was awesome. The 210kg-squat seemed like it was a bodyweight squat-really fast. Anyway, keep up the good work.\m/
